A Burbank office, production-related premises or event request should separate invited visitors, contractors and crew access. Give the team the actual site schedule and rules rather than relying on a general venue description.
Explain who maintains the approved arrival list and who can authorize a change. Provide separate instructions for public visitors and restricted work areas. The guard should have an escalation contact instead of being expected to decide production permissions or evaluate confidential materials.
Identify the authorized loading entrance and the hours vendors remove equipment. Set the guard’s observation and reporting responsibilities and the person who approves exceptions. If teardown continues after guests leave, that time belongs in the requested schedule.
Request visitor check-in, a visible post, agreed access duties and activity reporting.
Explore unarmed guardsDiscuss armed coverage where requested. Duties, site requirements and availability require assignment-specific review.
Explore armed guardsRequest scheduled inspections of agreed areas. Patrol visits are not continuous on-site coverage.
Explore mobile patrolsDefine crew access, delivery windows, safe inspection routes and the current worksite perimeter.
Explore construction securityPlan guest admission, vendor access and coverage from requested setup through closeout.
Explore event securityShare the required schedule and instructions from the responsible authority for review. Confirm the agreed duties before work starts.
Explore fire watchRequest the level of on-site presence you actually need. A dedicated post covers an agreed location during its assigned hours; a patrol makes scheduled checks and does not remain at the property between visits.
Include crew authorization, restricted areas and equipment load-out hours without unnecessary confidential details.
Compare commercial building security or residential property security when those match your premises.
Provide the property address, authorized entrances, crew and visitor procedures, operating hours and requested duties. Describe any special venue requirements for review. A quote is not a statement that Brave Warrior holds a particular studio credential or already serves the production.
Pricing depends on the number of personnel, armed or unarmed service, hours, assignment duration, site layout and agreed duties. Provide your full address and schedule for a property-specific quote. This page does not publish an hourly rate or promise a particular minimum price.
You can request temporary dates, overnight shifts or ongoing coverage. State the start date, end date and exact hours, including weekends. The team must review staffing and confirm availability; sending an inquiry is not a reservation or a guarantee of an immediate start.
Review Los Angeles County security planning for multi-property requests. Each address needs its own scope and availability confirmation.
Send the service address, dates, hours and requested duties. Our team will review the assignment and confirm availability and pricing before service is agreed.
